It is also connected to Islamabad via metaled road having road distance of 140 km from Islamabad. Muzaffarabad is a gateway to Neelum valley AJK. First 3 days of tour are dedicated to Neelum valley AJK, that is 200 km long bow shaped valley, running along river Neelum, parallel to Naran valley.
